Hello, For certain complex projects it would be really helpful to have more flexible project path structure. I suggest at least to provide a way to exclude files/folders from project path like it is possible to exclude them from compilation. Excluding from compilation is not enough when one needs certain files/classes not to appear in Ctrl(-Shift)-N browsing, import suggestions and most notably in new VCS integration. It would be even better to have certain filters (like e.g. in StarTeam) to exclude files.
