It's already there, but not mapped by default.
You should map
Menu.Tools.keymap.other.Run
to
[Ctrl-Shift-F10]
(for example).
When you press [Ctrl-Shift-F10] in
- a class with a main() method, or
- a junit TestCase,
the proper Run configuration will be created, the first time, and
launched, after the compilation.
