Is it possible to avoid duplicate entries for one todo line, just because the line matches several patterns? it is unavoidable to have more than one patern when using filters, and it is rather hard to make all of them them mutually exclusive. I now have to make a special filter named 'all' because I need to select exactly one pattern to avoid duplicates.
It is not logical to have two todo's in one line: i'm not likely to do that remark twice. If this is not feasible, consider having patterns per filter (which is what I end up doing manually now).
