Tal, The main diference is the prize. One license of Together CC is about 30 times higer. Also, Together WAS primarly supposed to be a UML modeling tool. From version 4.0, Together moved on to a model and deploy tool. Whereas for me, IDEA is a real development tool.
If you want to draw nice UML diagrams, use Together. (One impressive feature is that the diagrams are always in sync with the code because Together uses the code as the repository).
