Is there a relationship with the memory you can assign to IDEA? Greetings

It looks like it does not work well for many of you so you may disable it. Go to the IDEA startup script (idea.bat or idea.sh file in the 'bin' folder) and search -Xincgc and simply remove it. I hope it helps. P.S. BTW, is there anybody who feels IDEA works better with -Xincgc?
