Assertion happened when extracting inner to upper.
Allthough the exception seems to be in a cvs module, the original class
was not yet in cvs.
Looking in cvs it seems that I have added the package (where both the
original and the extracted class are/will be) to cvs, but haven't yet
commited the package.
