When I copy a class (via F5 key when I have a class selected in the project view), I am asked the new class name and destination package. The newly generated class will have replaced the class name from the original name to the name I have selected for the new class. However, it does not appear that comments (and I assume strings as well) that refer to the original class name are updated with the new class name...
