Don,

FileWatcherNT.dll and FileWatcher2K.dll is a native support for file
synchronization in IDEA that works under Windows NT or Windows 2000. This
native support helps to speed up file synchronization significially. The
message means that you have either deleted this dll from <idea>\bin or start
IDEA so that <idea>\bin is not a working directory, i.e. via shortcut.
