Chad,   I can help you with item1 of your suggestions, kinda.   In the ide options dialog, under the imports section, you can group imports, and sort the groups. Provide an option to sort the import statements (a minor nit - but makes it easier to find a given import) 2. Provide the ability to import/export project and IDE settings.  This is very important for establishing corporate-wide standards and getting newbies up to speed.  You can probably do this by copying the various .xml config files, but I'm not sure how version-sensitive they are.  An import/export feature should take care of all the config file version issues.   That's about it (for now).  Keep up the good work.
