To produce this problem:
With a Java class open and some text highlighted, I just choose the Code
menu and then choose something like "Auto indent lines" and after the indent
is complete the menu stays open. Some of the menu items are not redrawn.
The only way to get rid of it seems to be to choose another menu like
Refactor and then the Code menu closes. It doesn't always close. I can
open other menus and it stays open (but with no items, just gray).
Further investigation has shown that both the "Code" and "Refactor" menus
names gray out when any menu is chosen and the mouse is left hovering over
any menu item. This looks like a related symptom.
This problem has been successfully reproduced by a colleague.
