Title: BUG 517 : Non-existing project path entries
Sorry if I haven't been clear enough. The output directory DOES exist when I compile! I created it from outside IDEA, just before compiling.

Manuel,

In the next build IDEA will prompt user to create compiler output directory in case it is specified in project properties but does not exist.

It works if the path is deleted and created back when IDEA is open but it doesn't work if the path does not exist when IDEA starts.

Step to reproduce:
1. Delete compiler output path in file system when IDEA is closed
3. Open IDEA
4. Create compiler output path in file system
5. Try to compile
