If I remember correctly IDEA used to contain Tomcat but it got dropped.

It strikes me that the power of this eap-list is that we seem to get some
say about how the people in Prague prioritise their development efforts -
not many products you can say that about.

My feeling is that they should devote it to the refactorings - other IDEs
will give you app server integration, visual gui builders etc, no problem
there - build the GUI in JBuilder, and then launch IDEA and make the code
sweet. 

The USP of IDEA really is in the refactoring capability - this is what needs
to be concentrated on
