Win2k, jdk 1.3.1, build 521
Just did a rename of an inner class and preview results,
Preview came up ok, hit the do rename button and all results are renamed ok
Problem is that then the cvs "delete " dialog appears asking if it's ok
to remove the main class file from the cvs.
I canceled this and got the following exception in console (no assertions)
