Go to Project View, select any class (package, static member, or multiple
elements) and invoke "Cut" (or press Ctrl-X).
Select any package (or class for moving members) and invoke "Paste (or press
Ctrl-V). This will bring the appropriate refactoring dialog to confirm the
operation. Press OK to complete the move.
It's quite similar to Cut/Paste for files and folders in Windows Explorer.
