Hi Nadeem. The position of the red line corresponds to the error's line number relative to the whole file, not its position on the screen. So if you have 200 line file and the error occurs on line 150, the red line will be 3/4 of the way down the right-hand bar, regardless of whether the error is currently visible on the screen.
