When highlighting usages of a variable in a file and then using F3 to hop from usage to usage, the first usage (usually the declaration) seems to be skipped. The same is true for methods. I would expect every usage to be included when using F3, but I realize that this is the old "is the declaration a usage or not" debate. Maybe this could be made configurable with a "Treat Declaration as Usage" checkbox?
