You are probabaly right.  But "going" to a method is substantially more common 
than going to a file.  I suppose if we extended the ctrl-n behavior like we talked 
about on the features DL and made it so I could hit a .methodname, I would get 
both class navigation, and method navigation in the same shortcut.

I generally find ctrl-alt more difficult than ctrl-shift, so where possible, I make my 
ctrl-shift the more commonly used command.
