RedHat Linux 7.1, IDEA build #532 Many of the people at work who use IDEA, both the current production release and the latest version of Pandora, frequently experience the following suite of problems:
At times, we'll see the green checkbox in the top-right corner become an hourglass and stay that way indefinitely. We're still able to type, but syntax checking and code completion stop working. The only way around is to close the project and reopen it. Also, randomly we lose all keyboard control in the editor, or sometimes just the visibility of the cursor. Switching applications is usually good enough to refresh the cursor, but it usually doesn't help restore keyboard control. Sometimes closing down all editor windows (keeping the project open) and reopening the files will restore access. No stack traces are ever generated. Any ideas what's up?
