Why does Ctrl-[ move the caret just before the end of the code block and not just outside? Right now Ctrl-[ and Ctrl-] are not inverse functions. This is annoying because all other tools allow going back and forth with only one key. I have to do Ctrl-[ - right arrow - Ctrl-]. Is it the intended behavior? If so what is the rational underlining it?
