Some messages seem to be delayed at s3.servlets.net for some reason. Maybe it's the same problem I had in another mailing list a while ago: There were problems delivering mail to some users, and this caused sendmail to wait 12-14 minutes (don't remember exactly) for some kind of timeout. So depending on your position in the list of users, you would get the mail immediately, after (say) 13 minutes, after 26 minutes, or after 39 minutes... The headers on the mail you were replying to say: Received: from s3.servlets.net (IDENT:[EMAIL PROTECTED] [209.221.135.6]) by portofix.ida.liu.se (8.9.3/8.9.3) with ESMTP id NAA20471 for <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>; Mon, 10 Dec 2001 13:40:17 +0100 (MET) Received: from s3.servlets.net (IDENT:[EMAIL PROTECTED] [127.0.0.1]) by s3.servlets.net (8.9.3/8.9.3) with ESMTP id EAA01899; Mon, 10 Dec 2001 04:25:17 -0800 [...] Message-Id:<[EMAIL PROTECTED]> So it took 15 minutes for the mail to reach me. How long did it take to reach you? Were you exaggerating a bit or did you mean literally hours? _______________________________________________ Eap-list mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.intellij.com/mailman/listinfo/eap-list
