Hi, This happens alot for me as well in b537, and fairly easy to replicate.
If you click fast (between elements) enough in the tools->ide options menu I get a 2 Exception occurred during event dispatching: errors in the console and then idea hangs completely. Also if I try and add a source or classpath entry it happens. For me it seems to happen more when I have 2 instances of idea running (both from the same install as opposed to 2 seperate installs). Will post more info when I get it.
