Hello Eugene,

this problem seems fixed in the build 538. I tried to do two refactorings 
at once (extract to inner and move to upper). Now the move refactoring 
shows an appropriate error dialog (btw: it should be a *warning* dialog, 
because error dialogs suggest fatal errors).
