I reported this before, for CVS. It also happens when I do an "update" command for a file or a directory -- the command seems to run against the file that is current in the editor. It is, as you point out, still an issue. It doesn't happen every time and I have been unable to find a set of circumstances to reproduce on demand.
It seems to happen more rarely since the builds in the 520's, but still does. IntelliJ: what is the status of the online bugzilla and/or feature voting site?
