I'm having an issue when using CVS from IDEA on windows. I can't seem to get the CVS login command to happen. Once I go outside of IDEA and use another CVS client (WinCVS in my case) to login, I can then do my checkouts within IDEA. However, nothing I do within IDEA seems to execute the CVS login command so my checkouts all fail.
