Actually I think this would be better done by having a richer run box that
allows for extra parameters.

As well as different classpaths, I often wish I could have run targets that
use different JDK's. So it'd be nice if the run box had a classpath/jdk
selection, which would default to the project classpath/jdk unless
explicitly overridden
