I would say it will, if Sun will fulfill their plans to release it before
JavaOne.

Most likely it won't. JDK 1.4 is still not
released and we cannot make our plans depending on Sun's
progress.

Support for assert keyword is planned. But
what is the rest in "full jdk 1.4 support"?
