Which european spelling :-)  I didn't know that they all spoke the same language.
 
I'd assumed that Arianda was a varient of Ariadne daughter of Minos but don't know my greek mythology well enough I'm afraid.
 
Certainly in England it's Ariadne, but who says that that is the correct or best transliteration from the greek.
