Few further details:
Idea 541: Changed files (about 10) are blue. All other cvs files are black as they should be. Idea 544/545: ALL cvs files are blue. Diff says files are identical. Commiting/updating unchanged files does nothing -> files remain blue. I tried recreating the project: all files still remain blue. If it matters, I always install idea to an empty new dir and copy the config dir from the previous version to the new version.
