[Eap-list] Run-applet runs applet in commented html

Setting the Applet URL  to an html file that contains a commented applet reference, 
such as:

<!--
<APPLET CODE = "myApplet" WIDTH = "200" HEIGHT = "33"></APPLET>
-->

Idea will lauch myApplet.
