The timestamp is kept in the CVS directories. If that is the timestamp being used, then different clocks cannot be the cause because that way all builds of IDEA would show the same behavior. BTW, i'm using cvsnt server. I thought about the timezone because wincvs 1.2 has a problem like that. During daylight saving period for my timezone I had to disable the daylight saving time check box on my windows or it would show all files as modified. Unfortunately this made no difference for IDEA.
