No you are not, but so far my only solution was to switch to US
keyboard layout. At least on MacOS X you can switch the keyboard
layout without restarting Idea, not like Win2K....
I also do find it rather strange that I have to use alt + CTRL + 8
with a German keyboard layout to get a {. I'm not sure why I have to
press an additional modifier key. (alt + 8 works everywhere else).
