  Breakpoints in a file could be shown near the scrollbar, just like highlited errors are shown with those little lines, but with different color.

Would anyone find it useful to display the breakpoints in a file in the structure panel?  The Show Breakpoints... dialog is a great way to organize all the breakpoints, but I often find myself looking for all the breakpoints in a particular file.
