had the same problem when using the "slick-edit" theme someone posted here 
the other day...it would be nice if we could come up with like a dozen 
themes and add it to the "Color & Fonts" IDE Options.
by the way .. if you created a nice color theme, please email the xml 
(especially if you have one with black background)

it would be also nice if we could change the color of the line numbers if 
you have it set to on.
