If our clearcase server goes down IDEA will crash trying to sync files. This is okay, I mean, I can just restart. However, when I do, I seem to lose many settings related to code style or syntax highlighting. Even if those changes have lasted over a couple of executions. Any ideas? Other settings stick, such as user templates.
