We have used TogetherJ for designing our classes and as a result have custom tags - like "@link aggregationByValue" in our JavaDoc. These are all showing up as errors in the page. It would be nice to be able to set up a set of allowable values in the javadoc which would not flag errors. The other option would be to turn off JavaDoc parsing.
