Aren't you supposed to use Shift-Escape to hide a pane? And Ctrl-Shift-F4 to close one tab in a pane? BTW, I'd still like to have a way to hide everything but the editor when I'm *in* the editor, for example shift-escape. Right now I have to press Ctrl-Tab Shift-Escape once for each pane that is open. And I just realized: The extra panes show that they have the focus by having a blue title, but the editor doesn't show that it has the focus in any way. You have to at every other pane and see that they are all unfocused to be able to see that the editor is focused, and quite often I find myself searching around for the focus for a fraction of a second. Maybe it would be possible to indicate focus by changing the color of the selected tab, or changing the color behind the tabs (which is currently always dark gray)? _______________________________________________ Eap-list mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.intellij.com/mailman/listinfo/eap-list
