I found that if under IDE Options->Code Style, I set the Line separator to anything non-windows, It results in this behavior.

By default, even though I'm using windows, I use Unix style Line feeds.

If I type the following:
   /**|
And then hit enter, the result is this:
   /**
    *
|   */
The caret position is in the wrong place. This is
only slightly annoying, as I can easily just hit cursor left,
but nonetheless, it used to work fine.
