Edoardo,

It's rather a feature. You see, the second column shows "states" of your
files. The third shows "action" which were performed on your files (e.g.
renaming something, external changes, etc.). The action results in
creating new file revision. It's possible to rollback the selected file
(though rollback is not stable yet to be relied upon) to the selected
revision or rollback the action. If you rollback the action, than IDEA
will rollback all files, which were modified during the action.
