But if they say no, and then type in the same name
you originally guessed, I think you would have to bring up the
same dialog, confirming the field already exists.  Same if the field
they want has a totally different name than the parameter, and already 
exists.
I think it might make sense to show the dialog as it is now, and only ask
for confirmation if the field already exists (whether they type it in
or use the default).  I think the situation may be rare enough that this
will ot be too annoying.
