My template is in the group user and no user.xml exists. I had copied my user.xml over from 2.5.1, but Adriana did not pick up the templates. I then created a template over in Adriana and assigned it to the user.xml group and it works fine, but there is no user.xml file and none of the other xml files in the config/templates directory have the new template.
I also had to recreate my external tools as my previous xml files were not loaded up correctly. New saved tools aren't showing up in the config/tools directory either.
