It looks like wrong window type is used for these two things (I have not
doen GUI programming for a while so I may be saying something ignorant here,
forgive me if that's the case). Or at least some attributes are wrong. One
of thye problems related to this is that scrolling stops working because of
this. The worse problem I faced is that in my setup the "tooltip" has all
the window decorations (borders, buttons etc.) as a result it is located in
wrong place and looks quite ugly. Here is a screenshot:

As I said, same applies to quick javadoc window, but then it is less of a
problem.
