Three problems for the price of one: (long time listener, first time caller
;)
1. This probably isn't going to be much use to you guys, but I got the
following error, followed by IDEA
abruptly closing. I had a tomcat instance running through ANT, had the
project window open, and was
scrolling through a source file when it happened.
Environment: NT4, Service Pack 5; jdk1.3.1; Ariadna build 602

2. I also have another problem: when running tomcat under ant, stopping the
build has no effect; I have to
go into the NT TaskManager, find the correct java process, and kill it
(being careful not to also kill IDEA).
I seem to remember this starting when the build dialog was introduced in
Pandora, so perhaps it's a
known issue? It doesn't matter whether I keep it in the foreground or
background; the same problem
occurs. I don't have the same problem with ant builds, or with another java
tool app we run through ANT.
3. One more thing (trivial gui problem): the right click menu in the CVS
panel gets corrupted after a while
(the top item - update - is obscured by an image fragment from the source
pane, I think). I haven't been
able to figure out what event causes this to happen. Doesn't really bother
me, just thought you'd like to
know. This also appeared at some stage during the Pandora EAP.
