You are correct, sir!

Try making a library for Xalan/Xerces, and point at the source for the
corresponding project.  Then you should be able to get Ctrl+Q to work.

I think Intellij only shows quick docs for classes it has the source to.  It
parses the in-code comments rather than the html javadoc output.  Am I
correct?
