In the Tools | IDE Options there is a Code Style / Class Templates. It has two check boxes with reformat according to stryle. What is this ? Does it work ?
If I understand this correctly the IDEA should reformat the header according to the header you have spesified, this doesn't happen. (Only for new classes and interfaces).
