Patrik,
no objection, that's the way other editors/ides already do it and I did not mean to
exclude this way of code folding. This is what I appreciate also.
This way the destination of calls is hidden, what I mean is the call itself
could be hidden.
Maybe, I should have called it code hiding (of lines which match a regex)
and not folding for the sake of being more clear.
