I have an ant target that uses the optional junit task to run all the unit
tests in my project. As of #604, it no longer works. It appears that Idea
is not pulling in optional.jar properly, even though it is in my Idea lib
directory.

I noticed that someone else had a similar problem and the solution was to
add the jar in question to the "Additional Classpath" tab of the Build File
Properties dialog. I tried that and it still doesn't work.

Any clues?
