Well I thought that if you edit your source to change the name of the 
class, that it would rename the file for you automatically, and perform a 
Rename... refactoring � without you having to make select a Rename... 
option by hand. This would be cool � kind of "refactoring with intent" 
;-)

What is the point of changing the name of the class in the tree view, but 
not renaming the file? It just causes confusion as far as I can see.
