I stepped on the following issue by clicking Ctrl-F9:
java.lang.NullPointerException
at com.intellij.compiler.Compiler.a(Compiler.java:36)
at com.intellij.compiler.ch.b(ch.java:12)
at com.intellij.util.b.e.run(e.java:4)
at java.lang.Thread.run(Thread.java:484)
More info: clicking Ctrl-F9 I've got dialog saying that another compiler is
running which was not true. Clicking OK button caused this exception trace.
