Assume the following class structure:

SystemClassA
    SystemClassB
        ProjectClassA
    ProjectClassB
    SystemClassC

In the hierarchy viewer if I base the hierarchy at SystemClassB I see:

SystemClassA
    SystemClassB
        ProjectClassA

Which makes perfect sense. If I base the hierarchy at SystemClassA I see:

SystemClassA
    ProjectClassB

Which makes no sense at all since it suggests that the only class in my
project of type SystemClassA is ProjectClassD. What I should see is:

SystemClassA
    SystemClassB
        ProjectClassA
    ProjectClassB

That is I should see *all* the classes in my project that derive from
SystemClassA not only those that derive directly from it.

The current behaviour is very misleading. It is also very annoying when I am
moving up the hierarchy using crtl-H to rebase the hierarchy and then
suddenly the original target class disappears from the view.
