I was looking all over for an "Extend Class", "Extend Interface", and
"Implement Interface". I really just want to right-click on the class or
interface in the project/source view and just be able select them. With the
way IDEA works, it just seemed "intuitive" that they'd be there, so I think
I spent more time looking for a way to do it (it didn't even cross my mind
that this would be missing!) than I would have just creating a new class and
typing "extends..." :-)
For keyboard centric types, they don't have to use it :-P

My 2=A2: I actually prefer the keyboard centric nature of Intellij.
Especially with the autoimports, it's just as fast to add a new class =
and
type "extends [whatever]", as it is to find the class you want to =
extend and
pick a target package from a dialog.
Oh, and I like short context menus with only the options I find useful =
on
them. I'm picky :)
